Line Producer

A graduate of Temple University's Film Program, David Japka also studied in Rome, Italy at prestigious Tyler School of Art. Yet his filmmaking aspirations started around age 11, when was drawing storyboards then partnering with friends whose parents owned cameras. Finally he acquired his own Super 8 film camera at age 13. After slaving for years creating corporate video, commercials and interactive media, Mr. Japka moved to Hollywood to focus on entertainment projects. Since then he has produced or managed a dozen feature films and directed 2 shorts. Among some of his accolades are awards from the New York, Chicago, and Houston Film Festivals. Currently with over twenty-five years experience creating performing arts, he concentrates on producing, managing and directing independent feature films.
